I have to go pick up my "new" mac on friday. it's a Mac g4 at 1.4 ghz dual cpu mac. fastest g4 I'll have to date.

Can't wait. Going to try and install OS 9 on it, if anything will use Classic environment...

Machine works great but no os 9 on it. on top of that still no keyboard (will have tonight hopefully) and finally, i need to reformat the mac and find a way to get it online from upstairs.

I'm probably going to end up using my pbook as a wireless card for the mac.
I also need an empty drive to install the installer for 10.5 so i can reformat the mac since i don't have a working dvd.

i'd love a hd, i'm also going to need to find a way to get this thing online, because none of the stuff i try seems to be working. it may be a network issue though more than anything else. i need to try and plug it in directly to the router.

right now i'm sharing the wireless connection from a laptop to the ethernet and then to the pmac's ethernet.

picks up computers on the network, but can't get online for some reason.
