It's pretty ridiculous how much ram you can put in new systems now. I only have 8GB right now in mine, but i can go up to 24

i think the imaf can hold 16 only. but the top end can have 32. problem is my windows 7 is 32bit, so i only see 3 gigs

i have to install the 64 bit sometime. can you simply upgrade or need to reinstall?
