Montreal played Tampa last night here in Montreal. generally speaking Tampa was not there most of the game.
i still would of like to have seen price in net but the team just seems to want to play when halak is in. it's like he's a hero on the team and his very presence on the ice gives the players a +2 to their want to play.
Gomez with 3 points (i think RDS said he has 7 points in his last 3 games, must be more than that by now)
Metropolit with a goal and assist
Darche with 2 goals.

and it was said that a thrashing will ensue and so it was that a thrashing ensued.
Montreal loses 3 - 0 to the lightning. i didn't watch the game so i have only 3rd hand knowledge of how they played, and from what i've gathered you can sum it up in one word: terrible.
I have this idea and i want to pass it by people here. Kepp halak in net and make price backup. not because halak is better, i really don't think he is, i just think the canadiens play better when halak is in net.
be it a respect thing, or something else, they just play better with halak for some reason.
it's almost enough to start yelling conspiracy against price.
