but the top guys were just axed, iwata just got in, miyamoto is not new, but i don't think he has enough power to make huge decisions like this. if you ask me they need to get rid of harrison, he's been there longer than miyamoto.

sees a little too action oriented for me. but then again, i've never seen a batman game where the genre wasn't action or beat-em up.

Yeah, they should come out with other types of games like puzzle quest: batman edition. Guess they could try a point and click adventure, RPG or maybe a stealth game. FPS wouldn't really work very well since he doesn't use a gun. Racing wouldn't reaaly be all that great, since it would just be a racing game. Not much point to just tacking on the batman franchise on that.

how bout a batman game using the mirror's edge engine?
i think that would be kewl for the combat and the use of the bat tools.

The mirror's edge system is good, but not for fighting. Rented it since i wanted to see what it was like, they would have to make some changes.
