is this a big deal? Japan snatched up 820 000 copies of smash bros. aside from the obvious 'we knew it would happen', i ask 'is it noteworthy?'

it's not revolutionary, so is it just good marketing on nintendo's part?
and i read somewhere that they were having suplly issues with the game, so possible that it might of even sold more.

for some reason kotaku put 30 games up instead of the normal 10.
few things to note:

a)wiifit finally get knocked out of 1st place after 4 weeks

b)3 PS3 games in top 10, does this mean anything?

c) animal crossing wild world is 30th on chart, i just find this funny that it's still there.
