For everyone that has an Android phone, google is having a sale on apps to celebrate it's 10 billion app downloads. For 10 days there are going to be 10 apps at 10 cents each.

One of the reasons i bought it was because i now own it for any android device including tablets. When i get android on my touchpad, that will most likely work better. Plus it was 10 cents.

Realized yesterday one of the reasons they might have done this. A lot of people don't have credit cards setup on their google wallet accounts, so any impulse buy would be blocked by the need to set one up.. With this promotion, most android handset owners will have one setup and might buy apps since it's more convenient and the credit card is already setup.

App purchases are going through now. And Alex, if it's bought in canada, would you be able to install it where you are? You could put a temp password on your account, i could buy them for you.
