EarthQuake hits montreal

at 14:00 - 23rd, June 2010
Between 1345 and 1350 on Wednesday June 23 2010 we in montreal had a minute long earthquake. it could of lasted longer for certain people. my boss' desk was still vibrating after mine stopped for some reason.

First reports (friend at work's husband in the west island) have the earthquake reaching the west island.

Later reports (vikie's coworkers in Toronto) said the earthquake reached toronto about 2 minutes after it hit us.

eric says he didn't feel anything. christophe heard sounds from his kitchen.

Andy didn't feel it either.

very interesting. the same friend at work, her sister in law will be doing a story on it tonight for CTV.

Yep, it hit us, too. I thought a coworker was shaking my cubicle wall or something.

Didn't really feel anything, but the building we're in is made with earthquakes in mind. Read a comment on a new site that said Quebec was separating.
