pets never really die

Is it at all odd that technically your pet would never die. You could trade it in for a younger model of itself!!! Wow...

Why am I suddenly reminded of the Pet Stuffers and Grandparents Forever commercials from the GTA games?

but it's just an egg. it has the possibilty to be it's own thing. but it's only half the equation. it's not a living breathing thinking organism yet. so to me, it's not a big deal.

this is absolutely disgusting
i don't mind people wanting to clone their animals and what not, but for $150k?
that money should of been spent elsewhere in the animal industry. with 9 other dogs why the hell would you want to clone one of the ones that died anyway? just go, spend 300 bucks at the spca/shelter and get a dog that is already misfortuned.

angers me to no end.
