here is a list of 10 games that kombo has put together for wii owners to look forward to in 2009.
if you have anything to add to the list, just add the video in the comments.

MadWorld

The Conduit

Sin & Punishment 2

Another Code 2 (Trace Memory R)

Tales of ....

No More Heroes 2

Muramasa - the demon blade (check this out. i think this is made by the people who did odin sphere johnny, i think this will appeal to you most)

Arc Rise Fantasia

Sonic & The Black Knight (i don't necessarily agree with this one, but to each their own i suppose : )

Wii Sports Resort (the only reason i look forward to this is because it incorporates something that should of been part of the wii from the get go)

wow, almost hit the limit on text.

there's somethings i want t add to the list. More info on the games at the original article.

Aside from Sonic and Wii Sports I like the list.

I don't think I can ever be convinced that a game using what should have been in the Wii in the first place is a must have. It was a must have when the Wii came out lol It's like admitting you had a problem but here is the fix and some games for $40

when it comes to simple waggle, then the wiimote does a great job. need to turn a lever? wiimote simple circular motion is great. driving a car is so-so. i'm wondering if someone will finally make a flight simulator game with the wiimote is the joystick and not the analogue on the nunchuck.

Actually, Blazing Angels on the Wii uses the Nunchuk's waggle as a flight stick and it actually works quite well.

Yeah a lot of the games we want are shelved or only for specific regions. I want freaking Project HAMMER

Project Hammer was canceled completely, though; so there's even less chance of that coming out than the ones I mentioned (which exist, but just aren't coming here).

resort looks fun, but it'll be like wii sports. play for a couple months and turn it on once every three or four months after that.

it's like apple's dock in mac s x, strictly there to make people go 'oh wow! that's so kewl'
